I am so excited to have you join us for all of the highlights from Peter and Kaitlin’s Hilton Melbourne Oceanfront wedding! Let’s be honest, if I shared all of my favorites with you, we’d be here all day!
Bride Getting Ready
I met Peter and Kaitlin last summer at a bridal show, the three of us really clicked and I have so enjoyed getting to know them ever since!
We did their engagement session in Celebration, FL (see their blog post here!) and had a great time together!
I just love the floral design of their wedding invitations not to mention their gorgeous rings!
Kaitlin and Peter held their wedding ceremony at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church in Melbourne and this is where Kaitlin put her wedding dress on! Kaitlin wasn’t the only one who put her dress on at the church! How adorable is this little flower girl?!

Here’s Peter and his mom helping him pin the boutonniere on!
Groomsmen shots!… some serious, and some not so much!
The inside of St. John the Evangelist was beautifully decorated to the hilt with flowers from Easter!
Kaitlin’s younger cousin playing the wedding processional for her as she came down the aisle! He did a fabulous job!
Peter was literally all smiles!
Oh my gosh, this flower girl LOVES her brother, the ring bearer!
The exchange of rings!
The first kiss as Mr. & Mrs.!
Wedding Party Photos at the Church
I just can’t get over these photos at the altar with all the Easter flowers! They are just spectacular!
After doing a handful of photos inside the church, we went outside to the grotto for family and wedding party photos!
Kaitlin made an epic choice when she chose her veil! Though it was extra long and the wind was blowing that day, her veil took her photos to the next level!
Hilton Melbourne Oceanfront Beach Wedding Pictures
I had so much fun with these ladies doing a handful of bride and bridesmaids photos on the beach right in front of the Hilton Melbourne Oceanfront!
Sweet flower girl had missed her nap and was tired.
What’s more fun than a thumb war with your ring bearer?!
Growing up on one of the Finger Lakes in Upstate NY, my grandma, cousins and I could often be found combing the shore of the lake looking for sea glass and sharing our finds of various colors. It brought back nostalgic memories when I learned that the hue of the bridesmaids’ dresses was called “Sea Glass”! Perfect for Hilton Melbourne Oceanfront Beach wedding pictures!
I love how much fun they’re having together here!
Bride and Groom Portraits on the Beach
Peter was an especially good sport about taking photos on the beach. After we had gone back inside to the reception I heard him say, “let me go dump the sand out of my shoes”!
And some photos of just the bride beside the ocean (which happened to be a beautiful turquoise color that day!)
Havin’ the time of their lives!
I know that the veil was a bit cumbersome, especially with the wind that day, but Kaitlin deemed it worth wearing for the pictures, and I’m SO glad she did! What we can do with a long, light veil is so much fun!
Can we please talk about these GORGEOUS flowers?! Every time I looked at Kaitlin’s bouquet or one of the table centerpieces at the reception, the kinds of flowers and hues that Julie Miner skillfully chose seemed to sing a sweet, visual melody. Whimsical, petite, feminine, and absolute perfection is how I would describe them!
Just enjoy Kaitlin and Peter’s joy in this next set of photos. I’ll meet you on the other side.

I loved how beautiful this seating chart was; the wax seals gave it the perfect touch.
Taylor and her friendly and helpful staff at the Hilton Melbourne Beach Oceanfront resort did an amazing job hosting the wedding!

After all the formalities were done, then it was on to the fun party dancing!

Our epic DJ for the night was Mark of Space Coast Weddings! He did an incredible job of keeping the guests engaged and on the dance floor!f
Sunset Beach Wedding Photos
As the sun began to set, we snuck out of the party for a few final portraits.
These ended up being some of my very favorite of the whole day!
I love that Andrew, my husband, photographs with me! He always gets a different angle, and the photos above and below this paragraph are his! While I shot the wide angle, he shot a tighter angle and I LOVE what he got!
We were only outside for ten minutes at most. But in that time, the hues of the sunset began to color the sky. God truly took His paintbrush to the sky for Peter and Kaitlin that evening! He is such an amazing and creative God!
Thank you so much for joining me for the highlights of Peter and Kaitlin’s Melbourne beach wedding blog. Andrew and I were so honored to be a part of their day, to be a part of their friend and family circle. I hope you’ve enjoyed reliving their wedding through these pictures.
