Bride Getting Ready

I loved all these details that Megan had… from their wedding rings, to their vow books, the shoes, her bouquet expertly arranged by Patti at Buds Etc., their classy invitations… I loved it all!
Megan looked absolutely gorgeous!
This has got to be one of my favorite wedding dresses I’ve seen this year! Just look at that train!
I always love it when the Mother of the Bride helps her daughter into the dress!

Groom Getting Ready
Here is Roland… getting ready with his Best Man!
I first met Megan and Roland at a “Sip and See” vendor showcase at Dragonfly Farms in Palm Bay, FL. They won my grand prize of the day—a free engagement session! At that point, they hadn’t set a wedding date or chosen a venue but were excited to take some engagement photos.
For their engagement session, we met at New Smyrna Beach, where everything aligned for the most perfect evening. You can see more about that day in their engagement blog post here!
We hit it off right away, and I was so thrilled when, a few months later, they reached out to let me know they had chosen Rockledge Country Club as their wedding venue and wanted to book me as their photographer.
These groomsmen were just so much fun! I had Catherine of StudioSkelly photograph with me on this wedding and she did an AMAZING job with these photos!
I cracked up when I saw the progression of these photos! Can you spot it?

The First Look
Before Roland and Megan shared a First Look, Roland wanted to talk with her around the corner!
I just love how excited they were to see each other!
Roland made sure to take in every detail of the dress, walking all the way around to fully appreciate it!

Bride & Groom Photos at Rockledge Country Club Wedding Venue
Aren’t they seriously the cutest together?
I was honored to capture their wedding day, which, despite some off-and-on rain, turned out beautifully. Megan and Roland’s excitement was clear from start to finish. Rockledge Country Club offers incredible photo opportunities, even on rainy days.

The wrap-around covered balcony on the second story was a stunning spot for photos, with white walls, pillars, and views of the club’s lush landscape.
A huge thank you again to Catherine from StudioSkelly for second shooting with me. She brought such calm and grace to the day, and many of her beautiful photos (many of them are these sweet, detail photos like the one below) are in this post!

Megan has her twirl down perfectly!
And then I told her to give her dress some movement as she walked, she nailed it!

Another fantastic photo spot was the front portico, which was perfect for group photos.

Don’t you just love the emerald/jade color of the the bridesmaid’s dresses? It was such a rich, classy color!

Ballroom Ceremony at Rockledge Country Club
And when it came time for the ceremony, the ballroom inside Rockledge Country Club created a bright, elegant space for everyone to gather.
And the foyer just inside the front doors… so grand and elegant!

With large windows and white walls, it felt open and timeless—a perfect setting for their “I do’s”.
There were many smiles and a few happy tears were shed.
You may now kiss the bride!
Such joy!
… don’t forget their epic dip kiss!
Rockledge Country Club Wedding Reception
The reception setup was gorgeous, with floral arrangements by Buds Etc. and candles adding a warm, romantic glow to the sweetheart and guest tables.

Now it’s time to party!
Megan and Roland’s first dance was enchanting…
… and it was so special capturing their family looking on with smiles and tears.

The Toasts
I always love listening to the speeches given my close friends and family of the bride and groom. They’re usually full of hilarious stories and sweet memories!

Kineo Mobile Espresso Bar
The reception also featured a crowd favorite: the Kineo Coffee Mobile Espresso bar!
Brandon, the owner, served up some amazing coffee creations, and his bar added a classy, unique touch to the evening.

If you’re planning a Rockledge Country Club wedding (or any wedding!), I highly recommend checking out Kineo Coffee for an elevated coffee experience.
Cake Cutting
Then it was time to for the dance party to begin!
One of the most heartwarming moments of the day was when Roland danced with his 106-year-old grandmother. Watching her joyfully share a dance with each grandson was so moving.

Megan and Roland closed out their Rockledge Country Club wedding with a private sweetheart dance…
…and a grand sparkler exit—a perfect ending to a beautiful day. I’m so grateful to have been part of their celebration and can’t wait to see what the future holds for them!
