Keri and Andrew’s wedding at the Royal Crest Room St. Cloud FL was a sunny, joyful celebration full of beautiful details and heartfelt moments. The day had that perfect mix of excitement and calmness—everyone was ready, present, and so happy to be a part of their love story.

These beautiful details added so much to Keri’s wedding outfit that day!

A Relaxed, Intimate Wedding Day
Choosing a Low-Key Celebration
Keri shared that one of the things most important to her and Andrew was keeping the day relaxed and centered around quality time with their friends and family. With that in mind, they chose to keep their bridal party small—just Keri’s sister and Andrew’s close friend stood by their side.
Keri found her dream dress at the Bridal Gown Studio Orlando!

I love it when the Mother of the Groom gets to be a part of the getting ready process. One of my favorite ways to incorporate her into photos and ask her to pin the boutonniere on her son! Here is Andrew almost ready for the wedding ceremony!

Their sweet Pomeranian, Mochi, absolutely stole the show. He wore a little black tux for the ceremony at the Royal Crest Room in St. Cloud FL and joined us for portraits afterward.

Ceremony Details at the Royal Crest Room St. Cloud FL
One of the standout features of the Royal Crest Room St. Cloud FL is its beautifully landscaped ceremony site. The venue has two striking white pergolas—the smaller one welcomes guests into the Magnolia Garden, while the larger one frames the front of the ceremony space.
A Sweet Surprise for the Bride
The grand white draping that appeared on the pergola on Keri and Andrew’s wedding day was a complete surprise to Keri and added a soft and romantic touch.

Harpist Christine MacPhail brought such a graceful and enchanting atmosphere to both the beginning and end of the ceremony. It was clear she’s no stranger to weddings—her timing was impeccable, effortlessly transitioning between songs and knowing exactly when to fade in and out. One of my favorite moments was when Keri and Andrew shared their first kiss—Christine played a glissando at just the right moment, adding the most magical, fairytale-like touch to close out the ceremony.

I love the anticipation on Andrew’s face!

One thing that I haven’t often seen is the blessing of the rings by each of the bride and groom’s parents. I thought that was a very thoughtful element to add to a wedding ceremony.

Here’s Mochi, just a part of the wedding ceremony as anyone is!

If I could cue the Christine’s glissando so you could hear it, I would! For now, you’ll just have to imagine.

The dip kiss much practiced by Andrew and Keri!

I told you Mochi would show up in the portraits later, didn’t I? 🙂

A Meaningful Connection & A Sweet Referral
If you missed Keri and Andrew’s engagement blog post (read it here!), I shared more about how they met, but one of my favorite little things is how much we have in common! Keri and Andrew met online, got engaged on a cruise ship, and Andrew shares the same name as my husband. When we first met, I thought, “We were meant to connect!”
And a huge thank you to Larissa—Keri’s friend and one of my past brides—who sent them my way after I photographed her wedding last year that you can find here. I’m so grateful!

I remember Keri excitedly telling me about how long her veil was and that “it’s really sparkly!” We had so much fun using in the photos!

The twirl in this sequence… I couldn’t help sharing a handful of them!

Behind the Scenes with the Venue Team
We had a wonderful experience working with Jackie, the venue manager at the Royal Crest Room St. Cloud FL. She was so warm, welcoming, and truly went above and beyond to help make the day seamless. She even took us out to the golf course in a cart—while Keri and Andrew cruised ahead in the venue’s signature “golf cart Roadster”—and showed us a variety of beautiful spots for portraits. There were so many unique backdrops that made their photos extra special!

I loved this stone bridge!

The stairs leading down to the stream was obviously designed to make it easier for a bride and groom to get down near the water for photos! Thank you to whoever thought of this!

Live Oak Tree & Spanish Moss
I also loved being able to photograph under this live oak tree with the spanish moss hanging off it’s branches. I provided just the perfect diffused light for these portraits with the Roadster!

As Jackie toured us around the golf course, she shared that the team at the Royal Crest Room is always looking for ways to offer unique touches for their couples—like the charming Roadster, the iconic red telephone booths, and other memorable details that set the venue apart.

Along the way, Jackie shared that the golf course is modeled after classic courses in the United Kingdom—complete with red telephone booths, arched cobblestone bridges, and a charming European layout. It’s no wonder the Royal Crest Room St. Cloud FL is such a popular wedding destination for couples as well as international golfers!

How beautiful does Keri look?! Her hair and makeup was done by FabiolaMBeauty!

An Afternoon Reception in Lake Nona
After the ceremony, the celebration continued at the Sky Lounge on the 11th floor of the Pixon Apartments in Lake Nona.

Stunning Views & a Laid-Back Vibe
The intimate reception was laid-back and full of genuine connection—just the kind of atmosphere Keri and Andrew wanted. Guests enjoyed stunning skyline views and watched planes landing nearby, which added a cool, modern vibe to the day.

(Curious how we got those shots? I shared a behind-the-scenes reel on Instagram—check it out!)

All these beautiful reception details came together because of the love and hardwork for friends and family!

Their cake, made by The Glass Knife, was not only gorgeous but absolutely enjoyed by the bride (I’m pretty sure she went back for seconds… that’s my kind of girl!) and their guests!

From their entrance, the First Dance to the Parent Dances, it truly was a beautiful day, from the ceremony at the Royal Crest Room St. Cloud FL to the intimate reception afterward.
